We have been asked to design a large open plan, light filled, extension incorporating a kitchen, dining room, sitting area, utility room, cloakroom and two double bedrooms with shared ensuite. The extension must offer links to the garden and maximise the views of the surrounding countryside. We also propse to improve the layout of the existing Listed cottage.
